Terms & Conditions – MSN Travel Grant

1. Eligibility
   This travel grant is open only to participants from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), as classified by the latest World Bank income classification.
    
2. Application Requirements
   Applicants must meet the following requirements:
   • Submit a complete application form
   • Submit an abstract for consideration (mandatory)
   • Provide valid supporting documentation to confirm eligibility, including country of residence and/or institutional affiliation, if requested by the organiser
      
3. Selection Process
   • All applications will be reviewed by the organising committee
   • Selection is competitive and subject to available funding
   • Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee approval of the grant
      
4. Grant Coverage
   The travel grant may cover part or all of the following (subject to confirmation):
   • Travel expenses
      
5. Payment and Reimbursement
   Grant disbursement method (direct payment or reimbursement) will be determined by the organiser. Approved recipients may be required to submit receipts and supporting documents.
    
6. Attendance Requirement
   Grant recipients are required to attend the full programme of the event. Failure to attend may result in withdrawal or cancellation of the grant.
    
7. Non-Transferability
   The travel grant is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
    
8. Changes and Cancellation
   The organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the travel grant scheme at any time without prior notice.
    
9. False Information
   Any false or misleading information provided in the application may result in disqualification and withdrawal of the grant.
    
10. Final Decision
    All decisions made by the organising committee regarding eligibility, selection, and grant allocation are final.
